Can I send to more than one address?
Yes. Build one box and we'll send that selection to each recipient. Add addresses individually or upload your recipient list as a CSV at checkout.
Can I change what's in a ready-made box?
Of course. Choose a box, then select “Customise this box” to add or remove products. It becomes your custom selection, priced from the products inside.
How do delivery and volume discounts work?
The prices above are for one box before delivery and volume discounts. Choose your estimated number of boxes to see a breakdown. Your final total is calculated using your recipients at checkout.
Can you include our logo?
We can include a printed message with your company logo inside each box. Tick this option in the enquiry form so we can arrange the artwork and details with you.
Do you offer custom branded packaging?
This is something we can explore for your order. Share your idea, quantity and timing in the enquiry form. Custom packaging isn't a standard option: availability, minimum quantities, pricing and lead times need to be confirmed.
How far ahead should I order?
We aim to dispatch within 2–3 working days. Available dispatch dates are shown at checkout; dispatch is when your order leaves us, not its delivery date. For a larger order or a particular delivery deadline, get in touch before ordering.
Where can I check ingredients and allergens?
Read our ingredients and allergen information before choosing your treats. If recipients have dietary requirements, tell us in your enquiry so we can discuss suitable options.
