When and how do I get paid?

Automatically, through Shopify Collabs, 30 days after each order (so refunds can be taken off first). You set up your payout details in the Collabs app once.

What do my followers get?

Your personal discount code, which they can type at checkout, or your link, which applies it for them. The amount is shown in Collabs when you're approved.

Do I have to label my posts?

Yes. Under the UK Advertising Code, posts with an affiliate link or code are adverts, so they need "#ad" or "Ad" clearly at the start. See the ASA influencers' guide .

Can I use the photos in the content packs?

Yes, for posts about Clever Cookie while you're in the programme. They're sized for each platform and kept up to date with what's in the shop.

A real person at the bakery reads every application. In our busiest weeks we sometimes pause new sign-ups, so if it's quiet, that's why.
Share your code

Once you're approved you get your own link and discount code for your followers, both tracked by Shopify Collabs.
Get paid

You earn 10% commission on every sale from your link or code. Collabs pays you automatically, 30 days after the order (that covers any refunds).

Don't

Make health, diet or "allergy-safe" claims: point people to the product page for ingredients
Promise delivery dates: the website shows the latest ones
Post your code on voucher or deal sites, or bid on our name in search ads
Edit our photos to change what the product looks like
Use another creator's code, or buy through your own link to earn commission

The one rule we can't bend

Label it #ad

In the UK, a post with your affiliate link or code is an advert under the Advertising Code (CAP), so it has to be obvious before anyone engages with it. Put #ad or Ad at the very start of the caption, and on screen for Stories, Reels and TikToks. Turn on the platform's paid partnership label too if you like, but on its own, "gifted", "#sp", "#collab" or a tag buried in the hashtags isn't enough.

Photos, facts and ideas, ready to post

Everything here comes straight from the shop and updates by itself. Photos come in three sizes: 1:1 and 4:5 for the Instagram feed, 9:16 for TikTok, Reels and Stories. Captions are starting points: swap [YOUR CODE] for your own and make them sound like you.
