All of our products are baked fresh daily, Monday–Friday to ensure the best quality.

Same-Day Dispatch (Tuesday to Friday)

Orders placed before 12pm (Tuesday to Friday) are dispatched the same day for the following items:

• Cookie pie slices
• Cookie bars
• Rocky road slices
• Deep dish cookies
• Liquid dipping pots

Made-to-Order Items

The following items are baked fresh to order:

• Whole cookie bar trays
• Whole cookie pies
• Loaded cookies
• Dipping boxes

We aim to dispatch these within 24 hours of receiving your order when placed Monday–Thursday before 2pm.

Weekend Cut-Off

• Any orders placed after 12pm on Friday will be dispatched the following Tuesday.
• We are closed on weekends, so no orders are processed during this time.

When Will My Order Arrive?

All orders are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24, so most arrive the day after dispatch. Please allow 1–2 working days after dispatch.

• Dispatched Tuesday: usually arrives Wednesday
• Dispatched Wednesday: usually arrives Thursday
• Dispatched Thursday: usually arrives Friday
• Dispatched Friday: usually arrives Saturday

We can't guarantee a delivery day, and a parcel sent on Friday that misses Saturday will usually arrive early the following week. If you're ordering for a special date, please choose an earlier dispatch date.
