Brookie Cookie Pie
A rich, indulgent dessert that brings together the best of cookies and brownies in one irresistible pie. It starts with a golden milk chocolate chunk cookie crust, baked to a perfect balance of crisp edges and a soft, chewy centre. Inside, you’ll find a smooth layer of creamy milk chocolate spread, adding a luscious sweetness that melts into every bite. The pie is then generously filled with thick, in-house fudgy brownie. Dense, gooey and intensely chocolatey. Creating a decadent, multi-layered treat that’s as satisfying as it is unforgettable.
