Carrot Cake Cookie Pies
Meet your new obsession: the Carrot Cake Cookie Pie.
We’ve taken everything you love about classic comfort bakes and turned it into one seriously indulgent treat. It starts with a thick, golden white chocolate chunk cookie crust — soft in the centre, slightly crisp on the edges, and packed with creamy sweetness.
Inside, you’ll find a luscious white chocolate cream cheese filling, smooth, rich, and perfectly balanced with just the right hint of tang. At the heart of it all sits a generous layer of moist, spiced carrot cake, bringing warmth, texture, and that unmistakable homemade flavour.
Every bite is a mix of gooey, creamy, and soft-baked perfection — sweet, spiced, and completely irresistible.
Perfect for sharing… but we won’t judge if you keep it all to yourself.
