How do I personalise my note?
Write your own message or start with one of our suggestions, then add an optional sign-off. You'll see your words on the back of the card before you add it to your order.
Who writes my message?
One of our bakers writes your message and sign-off by hand on the back of the card. The preview gives you an idea of the layout, but as it's handwritten the real thing will look a little different.
How much can I write?
Up to 160 characters across 6 lines for your message, plus 40 for your optional sign-off. The editor shows how much space is left. Emoji can't be included.
What size is the card?
It's an A6 card (148 × 105 mm), about the size of a postcard. A little keepsake to go with their treats.
Can I buy a gift note on its own?
Gift notes are an extra for your treats order, with one note per order. Choose your treats, add your note, and we'll pack them together.
Is this a gift voucher?
No, it's a greeting card with your handwritten message. It doesn't have a balance to spend. Looking for a voucher instead? See the eGift card
Can I change my message?
Yes. Before checking out, select Edit gift note in your cart to change your words or sign-off.
