What are Signature Slices?
Signature Slices are our cookie bars, brownies, blondies, rocky road and tiffin: traybakes baked in our UK bakery and sent by post as a ready-cut slice or a whole slab to cut at home. Cookie bars started it all, and they are still the heart of the range.

A whole slab is one flavour, uncut. Cut nine generous dessert squares or smaller bites for sharing.
ORDERING & FRESHNESS
Slices or a whole slab? Here’s when they ship.
Slices ship the same day
Order slices before 12pm, Tuesday to Friday, and they’re dispatched the same day.
Whole slabs are baked to order
Whole slabs are baked fresh for you. Order Monday to Thursday before 2pm and we aim to dispatch within 24 hours.
Freeze for later
Cookie bars, brownies and blondies can be frozen for up to 3 months. Defrost at room temperature for around 4 hours before serving.

1. Choose your bakes
Pick a flavour, then choose a ready-cut slice or a whole slab with the toggle on each card. Ingredients and allergens are on every product page.
2. We bake and dispatch
Slices ordered before 12pm, Tuesday to Friday, leave us the same day. Whole slabs are baked to order. Everything is delivered Wednesday to Saturday.
3. Store, slice and enjoy
Keep cookie bars, brownies and blondies airtight at cool room temperature and enjoy within 3–5 days. Rocky road and tiffin belong in the fridge.

Choosing a flavour, ordering by post and enjoying your bakes.
How are cookie bars different from individual cookies?
Cookie bars are baked in a tray and cut into squares rather than shaped into separate round cookies, so you get a thicker, chewier bite with the toppings all the way across.
Can I buy an individual slice or a whole slab?
Yes. Most flavours come as a ready-cut slice or a whole slab: use the Slice / Whole Slab toggle on each product card.
Does a whole slab arrive cut into portions?
No. A whole slab arrives uncut so you can portion it your way, usually into nine squares. Choose slices if you want them ready-cut.
Where can I check ingredients and allergens?
Read the details on the product page for your chosen flavour before ordering. Ingredients and allergens differ between bakes, so check each one when buying a selection.
How should I store my order?
Keep cookie bars, brownies and blondies airtight at cool room temperature and enjoy within 3–5 days, or freeze them for up to 3 months. Keep rocky road and tiffin in the fridge.
Can I order for a party or a particular day?
Yes. Mix flavours in a Signature Slice Bundle Box, or order whole slabs to cut yourself. Slices ordered before 12pm, Tuesday to Friday, are dispatched the same day; whole slabs are baked to order. We deliver Wednesday to Saturday.
Can I order cookie bars by post in the UK?
Yes. We bake in our UK bakery and deliver across the UK, Wednesday to Saturday. Free delivery on orders over £40.
